Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Omkun subscription at any time through your dashboard. Once canceled, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products and the costs associated with API integrations, all platform subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We encourage users to utilize our 14-day free trial to ensure the product meets their needs before subscribing.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to our no-refund policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, such as in the event of accidental double-billing or technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the service entirely for a prolonged period.

4. Third-Party Costs (Meta/Google API)

Any funds recharged or consumed for actual usage (e.g., WhatsApp conversation charges paid directly to Meta or AI consumption charges) are strictly non-refundable by Omkun, as these are pass-through costs to third-party providers.
