By accessing and using the Omkun ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree to use Omkun Chat strictly for legitimate business communication. You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from your customers before sending WhatsApp broadcasts. Spamming, purchasing databases, or sending prohibited content (adult material, illegal drugs, gambling) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Meta API Compliance & Liability
Omkun provides the software interface connecting to Meta's WhatsApp API. Omkun is not liable or responsible if Meta restricts, bans, or suspends your WhatsApp Business Number due to poor quality ratings, user blocks, or policy violations. Managing your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) health is solely your responsibility.
3. Subscription & Payments
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You are responsible for paying all platform fees. Usage costs (such as Meta conversation charges and AI token costs) are billed transparently without markup.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omkun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.
